How we do it

No mystery. No surprises.

  1. 01

    Walk it together

We meet you on the property, look at the contours, listen to what you're building, and flag the things that'll cost money if they're not handled now (rock shelves, springs, neighbor drainage).

  2. 02

    Quote it honest

You get a written, itemized estimate within 3 business days. Not-to-exceed pricing on most jobs.

  3. 03

    Schedule + mobilize

We give you a real start window. We don't double-book.

  4. 04

    Build it square

Owner-on-site daily. Daily progress photos texted to you if you want them.

  5. 05

    Walk-through + clean-up

We don't leave dirt in the yard, ruts on your road, or burn piles smoldering. Final walk before invoice.

We don't stamp drawings, but we shoot grades with a rotating laser and a GPS rover. For larger jobs we work alongside a licensed surveyor you hire or we recommend.

We have our own dump trucks and can either reuse spoil onsite or haul it to a fill site. Hauling is billed by the load.

Yes. Most of our pad jobs include a temporary or finished gravel access drive. We do that work in-house.

Yes, as long as the ground isn't frozen solid. Winter is actually a great time for clearing and rough grading: fewer ticks, firmer ground, and we have more availability.

Permit requirements vary by county, utility, and Missouri DNR rules near streams. We help you confirm what's needed before we dig and call the county clerk if there's any question.
